Arab Broadcast Forum (ABF) is the internationally renowned annual event for the Arab Broadcast News industry. Broadcast news executives and journalists from around the world gather at ABF to discuss and debate the main issues relating to the industry.

 

ABF is more than a conference- it's a live two-day made-for-television event that has aired prominently either in-full or in-part on many major Arab language broadcast networks.

The first three ABF conferences, each of which took place in Abu Dhabi, proved to be the region’s most innovative, topical and controversial debates about issues relating to all broadcast news outlets in the region.  Abu Dhabi TV, which served as host broadcaster for these events, broadcast each ABF conference live in its entirety.

Arab Broadcast Forum is a not-for-profit event that brings together broadcast news executives and journalists from around the world to discuss the state of the broadcast news industry and seek common ways to improve broadcast news output.
